Traditional cleaning method is to soak the vessels into acid tank or hot acid for a few hours or longer time, which is inefficient and easily increases acid consumption. The acid solution needs to be changed regularly to avoid cross contamination, otherwise it will bring big risk for experimental data. CIF acid vapor cleaning system enhances the accuracy of trace or ultra- trace analysis. The working principal of CIF acid vapor cleaning system is to clean vessels by the repeatedly convection and condensation leaching of high purity acid vapor.

●Safer: Split designed heating modules and controllers. The Controller can be used outside the fume hood to ensure operator’s safety and avoid the controller from damage of corrosive gas.
Better anti-corrosion performance: The heating module is made of high-density and high-conductivity graphite material with the property of high temperature resistance and high conductivity and high thermal insulation property. The heating module is coated with heat-resistant Teflon coating. Totally enclosed controller is coated with multi-layers anticorrosion painting. Automatic pressure controller with vapor loop capture function

It is made of PFA materials with high heat resistance which can stand with high temperature of 260℃ (max.). The vapor loop capture device could automatic adjust the pressure to prevent unthorough cleaning caused by cool air accumulated in cleaning chamber. It also could automatic capture acid vapor to decrease the discharge of acid vapor. This is a useful feature to protect operator, to prolong the service life of the unit, and to decrease environment pollution.
